Advance liberty – while gaining work experience at a state-based public policy organization!
State-based Fellows start the program with a week-long seminar split between James Madison University in Virginia and Washington, D.C. From there, Fellows depart for their eight-week intensive internships with State Policy Network members. The summer program concludes with a closing-week seminar back in the country’s capitol.
State-based fellows receive:
- a $1,500 stipend
- up to $2,000 for housing
- travel reimbursement
