Sample Speaker's Itinerary

When a guest speaker arrives, his or her itinerary should be available upon pick up at the airport or at check-in at the hotel.

Ideally, a pre-visit draft itinerary is sent prior to a guest's departure from home, thus giving time for review. The following itinerary is a good example of what to include.
