Do you want to double or triple your policy research staff? Do you want to hire a Ph.D. economist, a budget analyst with 15 years of experience and an expert in statistical methods? How would you like to hire these new personnel with no impact on your budget?
Impossible? Hardly. The SPN Listserv allows you and your policy analysts to tap into the expertise of analysts at other SPN organizations.
Perhaps you have a question about ethanol mandates around the country, city WiFi systems or the effects of progressive income taxes. Just send an email message using the SPN Listserv, and researchers at other SPN organizations will gladly reply with the help you need.
Or maybe the Left is opening a new offensive in your state and you want to alert SPN members to this rapidly developing threat as well as get assistance. Use the Listserv. It's how SPN researchers exposed the Center for Climate Strategies' penetration of state houses around the nation. SPN organizations shared information and coordinated actions that informed local leaders about a concerted effort to control states' climate-change policies.
Here's how it works. The SPN Listserv is a private email system managed by the John Locke Foundation. Once you are included in the system, you can send an email to all members of the list with just one message. You will also receive all messages sent by other members of the list. Messages are private and should not be shared outside the list unless you first secure the permission of the author.
Interested? Just send Michael Moore (the Locke Foundation's program specialist, not the Left's phony documentarian) an email at mmoore@johnlocke.org requesting to be included on the list. He will add your email address and send you a confirmation message, and you'll be ready.
Research help is just a short message and a click away.
