Cause of Action: Fightin' the Feds in the States
Cause of Action is open for business and ready to work with state think tanks on federal issues that affect individuals and businesses in their respective states.
Cause of Action is a self-described "independent 501(c)(3) public interest group that uses public advocacy and legal reform tools to ensure greater transparency in government, protect taxpayer interests, and promote economic freedom. We investigate and expose government corruption and litigate to defend American prosperity."
How can CoA help state think tanks? Executive director Daniel Epstein, J.D. suggests contacting their offices if:
- You need help with federal regulatory overreach in your state
- You want to blow the whistle on government waste or corruption
- You have information on tax dollars being used to violate federal law
- You or someone you know is struggling under the burden of federal regulations
- You want to support making your government more accountable
- You're sick and tired of overburdensome regulations, taxes and bureaucracy and want someone to stop it
Cause of Action's website will go live in late December 2011. Until then, for more information, contact the organization at 202-507-5880 or write will.hild@causeofaction.org.
