TOP STORY: U.S. Supreme Court to Review Union Electioneering Case

The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation recently reported that the U.S. Supreme Court may secure the right of states to prohibit the practice of union payroll deductions for union electioneering. The Court agreed to hear the case of Ysursa v. Pocatello Education Association, reviewing a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals decision. Read more about the case here.
