TOP STORY: Cato's new fiscal impact analysis tool for ed tax credits

Tomorrow, the Cato Institute will release a new paper and fiscal impact analysis tool for education tax credit programs. The Fiscal Impact of a Large-Scale Education Tax Credit Program, by Andrew Coulson, analyzes Cato's Public Education Tax Credit model legislation and offers a "Fiscal Impact Calculator" to calculate the impact of the program on additional states not featured in the paper. You can access the calculator at the study link above.
