The Friedman Foundation recently released Promising Start - An Empirical Analysis of How EdChoice Vouchers Affect Ohio Public Schools. The study, the first empirical research on the Ohio program, tracks year-to-year changes in test scores and shows that competition from choice improves education in public schools.
