Shipping Instructions

Ship boxes to your respective hotel (Holiday Inn or Marriott). The front desk will release the shipped box at check-in with a $5.00 handling fee on to their room bill.

Times of Operation: 

The Resource Room will be open for early set-up on Tuesday, October 9 from 06:00-9:00 pm, and again at 07:00 am on October 10th.  Breakdown is from 11:00 - 01:30 pm on October 12, 2007.  SPN will not transport or recover any materials left in the Resource Room.

The Resource Room will be open from 07:00 am to close of business each day.  Because of security concerns, the Resource Room will be inaccessible during some meals and after hours. 

Location: 

Co-located with the Technology Lab and Annual Meeting Registration Desk, we anticipate a high amount of traffic during conference hours.  We invite all attendees to drop their materials at the Resource Room, although we ask that you be considerate and limit your display to 1/2 a table in order to ensure space for all SPN member groups.
