Parents in Charge Foundation (PIC) exists to educate on behalf of school choice reform at the grassroots level. Since its founding in March 2001, the Parents in Charge Foundation’s education and awareness efforts have played an instrumental role in school choice victories in Arizona and Washington, D.C. Parents in Charge has also supported efforts in Colorado, Florida, South Carolina, and Utah.
