Citizens in Charge Foundation is the only 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and expanding the ballot initiative and referendum process as a transpartisan voter rights group. Citizens in Charge Foundation believes that citizens should be in charge of their government and that good government starts with the voter.
