Joseph Coletti is the policy specialist at the State Policy Network. In this role, he connects policy experts across the country with one another so they can be more effective researchers, communicators, and evangelists for market-driven policies in your states. Before joining SPN, Joe handled budget, tax, and health policy issues at the John Locke Foundation in North Carolina. He has been a contributing editor for the Heartland Institute's Health Care News and is an executive committee member of ALEC's Health and Human Services task force. A native of Michigan, and an adopted son of North Carolina, Joe received his BA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and an MA from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, DC.
